What is served in Boisdale’s restaurant?

The atmosphere in the restaurant Boisdale is stylish and sociable with dark green and red wainscoting, dark wooden floorings and plenty plaid. If you think that the Scottish cuisine includes only little else and haggis, when you visit a Boisdale restaurant, you’ll be convinced in the contrary.
Many of the components for the recipes are delivered from Scotland and the vegetables are grown in organic farms.
The served meals are a mixture of contemporary and conventional British cuisine with special meals like barbecued king scallops, hot smoke-dried wild venison with a black truffle dressing and braised fennel with saffron beurre blanc, fish and fresh game.
